Answer: CNC lathes are suitable for processing cast iron parts.  The advantage is that it is easy to process, but the disadvantage is that turning chips are in powder form, which enters the gap of the carriage and the screw group, which directly leads to accelerated wear.  

 Improvement method: increase the coolant flow and viscosity, do not turning dryly, try not to blow the bed surface with air.
